My mother initially lived here but after she passed away I moved in myself and I have enjoyed the property for many years. You can walk into town within minutes or down to the beach and the bus stop is just around the corner. The apartment used to have a huge bathroom from when it was a B&B and so I created a office space so I could work at home but also still have a comfortable bathroom space. This also means I now have a lot of extra storage around the apartment. Over recent years my health has declined and so I need to be closer to the hospital and health facilities and that is the only reason I am moving. I really love this apartment and hope whoever buys it has as many happy years here as I have.
