We have been coming to the Isle of Wight for many years and have stayed in the Ale & Oyster B&B on the Ventnor Esplanade; it has a special place in our hearts. We were given the opportunity to purchase the B&B which we did and we have spent a lot of time and effort on our conversions and feel they have been done to a beautiful standard and I am sure whoever buys our apartment will be as pleased as we are with them. The views are magnificent and we feel this is the biggest selling point for us and we hope that the next owner will appreciate it as much as we do.
