We know Ipswich very well and are certainly happy to deal with both sale and lettings, but thanks to the wonders of technology those numbers are now answered at our Little Clacton base. We are not set up like a conventional estate agents. In fact, despite being based in Little Clacton since 2012, we only just identified ourselves with a sign in 2015 because everyone finds properties using the Internet and occasionally seeing for sale boards.
