Warehouse/Workshop
Possible retail use
It is very rare that a modern clean unit comes to the market, especially in this convenient location, which has become, over the last few years, a warehouse retailing area of Congleton.
The unit could be used for a variety of uses and amounts to approximately 156m² (1680ft²) with an eaves height of 6m² (19.6ft²). The building is constructed of steel frame with brick and block elevations to the lower section with PVC coated steel panels to the upper section under a pitched roof, again covered with PVC coated steel panels.
Internally it will be open workshop/warehouse with toilet and kitchen block with office above. There is a pedestrian door and serviced by a roller shutter door at the other gable end.
LOCATION:
Congleton is the largest town within the Congleton Borough, being strategically located between the industrial regions, with the Potteries to the south and Manchester to the north, which has led to an expansion in industrial and office activity. The town benefits from easy access to the motorway network (Junctions 17 and 18 of the M6) and Manchester International Airport. The Inter-City rail service is available at Congleton, Manchester, Crewe and Wilmslow.
