Once you have viewed your chosen property and would like to proceed with an application to rent, you may reserve it by signing our Terms and Conditions of Application to Rent a Property which will provide full details of the application process including fees, referencing procedures and other information relating to the proposed tenancy and property.

The costs associated with your application will differ depending on the type of references required and in all cases a 'holding fee' of £100 will be payable. The holding fee will be deducted from the first rental payment should the tenancy proceed as planned; however, it will be forfeit if you do not pass referencing or pull out of your application for any reason.

Our current application/administration fee is £120.00 inclusive of VAT for a single occupancy or £96.00 inclusive of VAT per applicant aged 18 years or over for a joint or multiple application. If a Guarantor is required, there is an additional fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT for each guarantor's application.

Should permission be granted to keep a pet at the property, you will be required to pay an additional £100.00 per pet (minimum) which will be added to your security deposit held for the duration of the tenancy. Sometimes this figure may be higher and clarification can be given on a case by case basis at the time of enquiry. You will also be required to agree to extra terms in the tenancy agreement in relation to keeping a pet at the property.
