Administration Fee per Property: 1 Applicant £175, 2 Applicants £225, 3 Applicants £275.
All tenants, occupants and guarantors, over the age of 18, must be referenced and listed on the tenancy agreement or Deed of Guarantee. Our fees are discounted by £25 if you reserve the property on the day of viewing.
