If a Guarantor is required, there is an additional fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT for each guarantor's application. Should permission be granted to keep a pet at the property, you will be required to pay an additional £100.00 per pet (minimum) which will be added to your security deposit held for the duration of the tenancy. Sometimes this figure may be higher and clarification can be given on a case by case basis at the time of enquiry. You will also be required to agree to extra terms in the tenancy agreement in relation to keeping a pet at the property.
