DIRECTIONS   From the centre of Crediton, turn off the High Street into Market Street (by Natwest Bank).  Follow this road going past the Library, until arriving at a mini-roundabout. Take the 2nd exit into Blagdon, proceed down the hill, and take the next left into Old Tiverton Road.  The entrance to Penton Rise is the 2nd on the left, with the driveway sloping up to 3 properties, with number 2 being in the middle.
