From Crediton proceed over the railway line into Fordton. Follow the road signed to Tedburn St Mary and continue for approximately 2 miles until arriving in Venny Tedburn. Proceed through the bends past Court Barton Cottages and past Culver Court on the left hand side.  A little further along on the right hand side you will find the bungalow; semi-detached and with parking to the left (please note that the parking area is being tidied and resurfaced shortly).
