This charge covers duplication of any documents such as a lost tenancy agreement.

Should you wish for us to provide a tenant reference on how your tenancy has been conducted either for mortgage purposes of for another landlord.
Landlord/Agent Non-Fault Property Visits £49.00
Should you report a fault at the property which requires attendance by a staff member or a contractor that ultimately requires no attention or repair as there is no fault or repair as a mistake has been made by the tenant there will be a charge of £49.00 for the visit to the property to cover the time and travel to and from the property. If during your tenancy an appointment is made and confirmed with you for either a maintenance visit or visit by the landlord/agent and you are not present (unless you have authorised entry with landlord keys)
Cancelled / Errors On Cheques/Direct Debits/Standing Orders £35.00
Should you cancel your Direct Debit or Standing Order for any rent payments due, prior to making arrangements for a replacement to be set up, with sufficient time to ensure that there is no disruption to the rent collection due date / Should you not cancel your Direct Debit or Standing Order after the tenancy has ended and payments are still being received by ourselves, there will be a charge of £35.00 applied to cover the administration of the account.
Late payment fees £35.00
Your rent is to be collected by Direct Debit, Standing Order, Cash or Council Cheque on the date specified within this agreement. Should any of these payments fail due to insufficient funds, cancelled debits/orders, late or incomplete payments the above fee will apply.
Tenant Check Out Apt / Tenancy Redemption Fee £99.00
To cover all end of tenancy administration and check out appointment upon redemption of the tenancy.
Change of 1st Lock £95.00 and £45.00 per extra lock thereafter
Should a tenant lose their keys, the property locks would have to be fully changed then the above charges are applicable.
