If a Guarantor is required, there is an additional fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT for each guarantor's application. Should permission be granted to keep a pet at the property, you will be required to pay an additional £100.00 per pet (minimum) which will be added to your security deposit held for the duration of the tenancy. Sometimes this figure may be higher and clarification can be given on a case by case basis at the time of enquiry. You will also be required to agree to extra terms in the tenancy agreement in relation to keeping a pet at the property. Fees are non-refundable if you fail to provide complete or accurate information in your application, if your reference results are unsatisfactory or if you choose not to proceed with the application for any reason.
