Port Navas is highly regarded as one of the North Helford Area's most sought-after waterside communities, by virtue of the ease of access onto the beautiful creeks of the Helford River, the spectacular and completely unspoilt surrounding countryside, the picturesque walks which abound in the area, and the proximity of the very well served neighbouring villages of Constantine and Mawnan Smith. Both villages are approximately two miles distant, and which provide an excellent range of day-to-day amenities including shops, public houses, hairdressers, churches, sports clubs and schools, etc. The port of Falmouth is approximately seven miles distant and the cathedral city of Truro, the county's retailing, commercial, administrative and legal centre, is an approximate thirty minute drive away.
