Our View

**Prime apartment on the top floor with balcony** One of few to have a balcony to sit out on which is great for breakfasts, parties and candle lit dinners with the mood set by built in lighting once it drops dark. Inside, the living space is big with the sitting area next to the balcony doors and it has the seldom found feature of space for a full size dining table. Next to this is the high spec kitchen with hi gloss unit white units with grey finishing, chefs tap, and integrated appliances. Lots of work surface to use so couldn't be further removed from the cramped kitchens often found in apartments. The two bedrooms are both doubles and the house bathroom is located across the hall from both. The tiling in chocolate brown gives a delicious back drop to bathing and showering and a designer radiator will provide warm dry towels on demand. And for storage, there's loft access for everything from luggage to xmas trees.
