REFERENCING FEE

DEPOSIT AND RENT
Rent is to be paid monthly in advance by a standing order and we shall require a completed mandate to this effect once the landlord has approved the tenancy.
A deposit equal to two months' rent shall be retained in the agent's clients' account at the commencement of the tenancy to ensure tenant's obligations under this agreement are fulfilled. The first month's rent and deposit will be required in the form of a bank transfer, banker's draft or building society cheque.
