In some of the houses, the kitchen diner is the shared social area; however, there are other features that are an advantage. Such as additional study rooms or garages.
Bedrooms: Double Bed, Firm Back Support Mattress plus cover. Bedside table/s and lamp. Decorative poster. Wash basket. All the bedrooms are a good size but where the lounge has been converted to a bedroom/sitting room, the price for these rooms is slightly higher. The smaller rooms are also discounted slightly to compensate. So the range is from £625 to £750 max.
Optional Extras: Bed linen furnishings. Duvet, Plus Cover, Pillows, additional decorative items. These optional items are payable separately. (You may bring your own)
There is one Full Bathroom with shower. We will provide a mirror and storage for each bathroom.
The garden is compact, maintained and suitable to share the odd friendly barbeque.
Who will you share with?
Other similar professionals, aged from twenties to thirties. If you are suitable as our lead tenant, then you will be able to help select similar compatible professionals to share with.
You will all have your own privacy and only need to share communal areas as necessary. (Where possible we will secure /provide locks to each bedroom.

£600 deposit. Payable all in advance preferably, however, again may be payable over two months, by agreement. This will be kept in the dps.
References/Admin Fee of £200 payable to do full references and draw up the tenancy.
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover contents damage. However, this is optional.
