We charge a one off Tenancy Arrangement fee for all of our rooms. The cost is £140.00 for one person and covers the cost of setting up your tenancy and moving you into the property. If you require a guarantor (you will be advised before your application) then we will require an additional £35 to undertake the additional checks and paper work. We do not charge renewal fees or any other agency fees during your tenancy. The £140 Agency fee will also act as your holding deposit. The rent and Deposit will be due to be paid on the day you move in.
