TENANTS

INSURANCE
Although not a charge made by us, itsa requirement of your tenancy that you take out tenants liability insurance tothe minimum value of £2,500 to cover the property against accidental damage.This may include damage to the carpets, walls, kitchen cupboards, worktops,sanitary wear in the bathroom, to name a few.
