This bedsit is furnished as per the photographs, and comes with:



Single Bed (with bedding supplied if required), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp, and desk, (as per the pictures) etc... We can add/remove other items of furniture if required.



There is a spacious double glazed window (with a fitted blind) that allows plenty of light in, giving this room a pleasant and light feel to it, whilst also affording you clear views over the front of the property.

The floor benefits from carpet flooring and the décor is - neutral.

You will only share the kitchen in this property with 1 other person. It's a large property with ample on-street parking outside.



The en-suite in your room comprises a Shower Cubicle, WC and wash basin, is tastefully decorated and in superb condition.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except food) to move straight in. There's a cooker, washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, and waste bin etc...

We have a 24/7 Tenant Support Line for Maintenance Issues so you know things that require attention will be dealt with promptly and efficiently in priority order.
