I purchased this property around 15 years ago and decided to convert it to a residential home. I felt that the close proximity to the town and seafront meant that someone would really appreciate living here. I have tried incredibly hard to utilise the space the best way possible and I feel that in doing so the property is still very spacious. I lived in the property myself for some time and over the last few years have had tenants reside here. I can speak from experience and honestly say I enjoyed every minute of living here. The location is great as all you need is on your doorstep. I also love the courtyard as it is a real sun trap and extremely private.
