I bought this studio around 9 years ago mainly due to its location. It is close to my family, a walk to the station and with Boxhill on your doorstep has amazing walks and countryside very close by.I also loved the history of the building, it is Grade 2 listed with only 10 flats in the building and this apartment used to be part of the ballroom and has a sprung floor. Daniel Defoe (the author of Robinson Crusoe) also used to live here.Since owning the flat it has been rewired and redecorated. I've recently been renting the property out but am now looking to sell with no onward chain.
