I bought it originally for my own home and I know that the owner before me changed it from a one bedroom flat to a studio. After I lived here, I successfully rented it out for a few years so I can certainly vouch for it being good for first time buyers or investors. It felt comfortable as soon as I walked in and it was so much bigger than other studios I looked at.

I have had the windows stripped and refitted by a glazier with new putty, glass and strings so they are like new sashes. I also refitted the kitchen and bathroom and added the storage area at the back.
It stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter so is really inviting all year round.
