I bought this flat nine years ago now, and loved it from the second I arrived.

For me, the location was incredibly important as I needed to feel safe and secure. Being just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, and importantly the train station was of paramount importance to me. Coming home late at night in the knowledge that I was not far from home was a relief.

I have been off travelling for the last few years, and have managed to rent the apartment out to the same couple for the whole five year period, so it has been an incredible rental investment.
