Having owned the property for a number of years, I can honestly say what a property it has been to me. It has always been easy to rent with the location being convenient and well located to amenities with great transport links close by.As I have always let it out to fantastic tenants, if you are looking for investment it could be a very easy option for anyone to purchase.It will be sad to sell but I know that I am handing over a very good property for the new owners.
