Proceed along this road for just over 2 miles, down through the village of Newbuildings. Follow this road for almost ½ mile, taking the first turning on the right marked with a “no through road” sign. Proceed for just over ½ mile (passing the stables on your left) and Foxhaze is the second stone barn to be found on the right hand side of the lane. Parking is immediately opposite.
Newbuildings is a family-friendly, peaceful hamlet with characteristic thatched cottages and farmhouses in Sandford Parish, encompassed by rolling farmland and gentle sloping valleys. It lies 3 miles north west of the market town of Crediton, 2 miles east of the village of Copplestone and 10 miles north of the regional capital, Exeter.
