Entitlements/Basic Payment Scheme
As far as we are aware the land is not registered with the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) and as such there are no entitlements to be transferred to the new tenant.
Terms Of Occupation
The successful applicant prior to taking entry on the land and after the exchange of Notices pursuant toSection 1(4) of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 will be required to enter into a written Farm BusinessTenancy Agreement (prepared by the Lincolnshire Association of Agricultural Valuers) to include the usualstandard terms, conditions and obligations and occupy the land from the 1st April 2016 until 31st March 2021. The occupation may continue thereafter on a year by year basis until either Landlord or Tenant gives 12 months' notice to terminate the tenancy on any future 1st April.
