An application for Outline Planning Permission (13/10289/OUT) for 14 units (10 detached houses and 4 affordable flats) was approved on 21st October 2014 subject to completion of a S106 Agreement. Terms of this agreement have now been agreed but the document has not yet been signed off.

A further area of building land of approximately 0.5 acre may also be available by negotiation for Phase 2 of the development.
