The business is equipped to cater for 14 guests and a full inventory will be prepared prior to exchange of contracts. The standard tariffs range from £60 to £70 per night for Bed and Breakfast with turnover figures available from the vendor after viewing. The hotel is up to the standard required for Enjoy England 4 star accreditation, however, by choice the vendors are no longer registered with them.
