DIRECTIONS From Plymouth/Ashburton, take the A38 towards Exeter. Leave at the Newton Abbot junction A383 and continue passed the Dartmoor Halfway House pub (currently closed). Take the first left after this, at Bone Mill cross over a little bridge and follow the road uphill. As the road follows round to the left, the barn will be found after a short distance on the left hand side.



From Newton Abbot, take the A383 out of Newton Abbot and continue out of town on the Ashburton road. Continue passed Hannah's and look out for the first turning on your right opposite the red telephone kiosk on the left.



Turn right here across a little bridge and you will see the property ahead of you. Follow the lane uphill and around to the left and the property will be found to the left.
