We bought this building mainly for the location. If we ever need to pop out and do some shopping, the shops are right on our doorstep. Alternatively, when we go out in the evening for a meal or a few drinks, it is only a short stroll back to our home. We currently have the property as a maisonette and a lower ground floor apartment but it could easily be one single dwelling again. The size of the rooms and versatility of the layout means it could be used for a multitude of different reasons.
