I have been here since the property was newly built and every part of the property has been a great family home but since the boys have flown the nest, I just don't need this much space anymore. The loft conversion and the conservatory are the biggest additions to the property and gave me those two extra bedrooms and extra downstairs space without compromising the rest of the house or the garden. We never have any problems putting friends and family up when they come to stay!
The position of the house at the corner of the cul-de-sac is great and has given us the benefit of a big driveway as well as the detached double garage. I will miss the property very much but the next family will hopefully be as happy as we have been for many years to come.
