We also have a junior and senior school rated Good by Ofsted which are within easy walking distance of the house for the children. There is even a Larkhall festival. Yet nearby, if we want lovely country walks with the dog, we can easily escape into the countryside to Solsbury Hill, made famous by Peter Gabriel l, with his song about sloe berries all the way up to make sloe gin!”“We always wanted a Georgian townhouse, full of stunning period detail, such as marble fireplaces, cornicing and wide skirting, and we feel very privileged to have lived in this quintessential Bath home, flooded with natural light from the huge sash windows.
