Upon arriving at the property we were initially impressed by the location, being a no-through-road, and the design of the home, as it was newly built.

The moment we walked through the door we were impressed by the spacious entrance hall, it certainly had the ‘WOW’ factor for us and first-time visitors are always impressed. As we were guided around the home the accommodation just got better and better, the rooms are spacious and there’s an en-suite to every bedroom, plus underfloor heating throughout the home.

We have always loved the house; the layout is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen/diner/family area is the heart and hub of the home; two sets of bi-fold doors open to allow the outside in during the summer months and provides access to the patio, with its hot tub. We are able to accommodate a lot of guests for barbecues and gatherings.

Our favourite space of the home is the master bedroom – it has a featured mirrored wall and vaulted ceiling measuring 12’11. The ceiling design certainly impressed as when we first visited the property as it’s not something you would expect from a modern home. There’s an en-suite dressing area with bespoke wardrobes creating lots of storage, the en-suite has a free standing bath, which is a feature, together with a television inset to the wall so you can take a relaxing bath and watch your favourite programme at the same time.
