I was attracted initially by the character features and charm this house offered and when I viewed it, I just loved the beautiful views from the front that offered me an ever-changing canvas. We added a conservatory to the rear where I can sit and watch the birds come and go. I also added an extra en-suite. There was not much else that needed doing. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and very convenient to either Brading or Sandown. I am just looking for something a bit smaller now.
