WHY WE LOVE LIVING HERE We moved into Woodholme in July 2006 with every intention of moving on again quickly. However we fell in love with the house and the town and have spent a very happy seven and half years here. The house suited our growing families needs perfectly. The teenagers had space to develop and be themselves without disturbing the peace needed by our new baby while we were able to escape to spend warm winter nights in front of the fire. As the teenagers have now grown up and moved on it is time for us to pass the house on to another family to benefit from its size and versatility.



The excellent bus services to all the major towns and cities meant that as the children got older could get out and about safely and easily giving them some much needed independence. The swimming pool, library, doctors, school and all the shops are within a five minute walk of the house. Close proximity to the moors and the beach enabled us to enjoy the Devonshire lifestyle we had always craved. We have been proud to be part of this thriving local community and when we finally move are intending to remain local.
