We chose this location originally as we wanted our children to go to on of the excellent local schools. As a place to live I have to say it's one of the best in Woodford. This is a friendly neighbourhood which is quiet and safe and a perfect environment to raise our children. The house needed complete refurbishment but we were up for the challenge and I am really pleased with the finished article.

We tried to be sensitive to the fact it is an Edwardian home and I do feel that we have achieved the right mixture of modern fittings with a character feel.

It's time for us to move out of the area now, but this has been a fantastic family home for all of us.
