The location is great - being this end of Station Avenue is ideal because it's a lot quieter than the other end. The train station is close by for school or going into Shanklin and Ryde. The beach has always been a favourite, when the kids are off school, all we have to do is walk down the road and your on the sea front where you can spend all day enjoying the beach.
