This property has always been a warm and happy home and I really enjoy being able to walk my dog along the greensward and on the beach. I have turned one of the first floor bedrooms into a private sitting room so I can sit there and absorb the ambience. My favourite time of day is when I can watch the ‘Turner’ sunsets in the evening but I also take great pleasure in the sea views during the day.
Westgate is a very friendly place and there is a delightful parade of individual shops, where you can buy a variety of interesting and unusual items and a local cinema that shows all the latest films. The mainline station provides easy access to London and the Thanet Way with connections to M2/A2 is not far by road. A little further along the coast you can enjoy the Old Town eateries and shops as well as the Turner Contemporary gallery so there are plenty of activities available, whatever your tastes and interests.”
