This has been a wonderful family home and we have lived here for over 35 years. There is a real sense of community here , we have very nice and respectful neighbours , everyone looks out for each other. We even had a street party for the Queens Birthday!

My mother was respected in the community and she spent a lot of time helping others, particularly in the Hindu Temple on Whipps Cross Road.

I spent a lot of my adolescence here, playing, exercising or relaxing around Hollow Pond. It is incredibly quiet here, yet its only a short walk to Leytonstone Station perfect for commuters.
