It was the very convenient location that originally attracted us to this property.

We had originally planned to stay here for 5 years but loved the location so much we decided to extend instead. We extended to the side and rear, substantially increasing the size of the accommodation to almost twice its original footprint and this included the addition of a garden room which is a very versatile living space.

We replaced the double glazing in 2009 and replaced the boiler circa 2008.
We find the garage is very useful with its utility area and internal door into the house.
