The driveway approach to the house is elegant but very safe and secure for our children to play out.
Patcham is a great area for families with a good selection of schools for all ages nearby. The open spaces of the South Downs National Park are easily reached by a footpath and is great for cycling and dog walking and making the most of the Downs on our doorstep. Living close to the bypass means its easy to get out of town and Preston Park station has direct trains to London for those that commute.
