I had this house built from new in the early 1980s by Potten House Builders and the design won House of the Year at the Ideal Home Exhibition.

It has been lovely here, tucked out of the way at the end of the road. Not long after I bought the land next door to this house and have been told there would be no problem building another house on it.

I would love to stay here but to be honest the house is way to big for me now, plus I am not interested in building another place next door I will leave it for somebody else to earn out of.
