We love entertaining and have had up to about 200 people in the house and it wasn’t overcrowded.
At the same time, we wanted it to be a lovely home for us where we can relax. The secluded garden has been designed to be very easy-to-maintain and where we can spend time chilling out with friends and family.
Beltinge is a delightful village with an array of shops within walking distance, from convenience stores to hairdressers and butchers to beauty salons as well as a very good pub and other eateries.
There are excellent places to walk as the house is positioned just a five-minute stroll from the beach, the downs and the countryside. There are cycle tracks to Reculver as well as easy road links to Whitstable,
Canterbury and London.
Herne Bay is nearby and offers plenty of individual shops, restaurants and the beach with its renovated pier that includes charming beach-hut-style stalls as well as the train station with the high-speed service to London.
