Some of them are; heat recovery ventilation, recycling 95% of the heat used, rain water harvesting which reduces the water used by 50%, solar panels for electric, under floor heating and LED lighting. The site was particularly attractive due to the fantastic views. The view is an extension of the garden. I often spend time relaxing on the balcony over a coffee and of an evening the moonlight reflecting on the water is magical.
