When we first viewed this house, the potential was very clear, we knew the house would accommodate us in the short term but provide for us long-term as well.

It has taken a lot of hard work and imagination to create what we have now. In our opinion, there is nothing left to do in the house, leaving the new buyer to simply move in, un-pack and enjoy their new home.

The location was ideal as it is close to many local schools and most amenities and also it is easy access in and out of Margate if necessary. We shall be sad to leave but comfortable in the knowledge that the house is ready for its new owner.
