Vendor Comments:
‘St Clair is our much loved family home. It is now time for us to move on but we will miss the wonderful sea views, the easy access to the lovely sandy beaches and the beautiful walks along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. Our children have loved the wide expanse of sand at low tide where they have played in the rock pools, and learnt to ride their bikes in safety. The firework displays every high day and holiday are spectacular and we have front row seats to view it from the Garden Room and from the terrace. We hope St Clair’s new owners will love her as much as we do and enjoy as many happy years living here as we have.’
