Continue over the cross roads, again signposted Porthtowan and continue along through Towan Cross down the hill and at the bottom of the hill before Porthtowan turn left signposted to Mount Hawke. Continue along the level part of the valley and just before the hill turn left into an unmade byway lane and after a short distance fork left up a concreted driveway. The property is found the first on the left at the top of the driveway.
