We have owned this house for approximately twenty five years and over this time we have extended it on one side and above the garage. It’s such a flexible home and has suited many purposes over the years: relatives staying; children growing up, leaving and coming back and it has been brilliant for a growing family. It’s close to a communal playing field, woodland walks and Newchurch Primary School is nearby. It’s such a light home and has the sun on it at different parts during the day. We have seen some great sunsets from the rear garden and will truly miss these views. As most of the family have grown up and have places of their own we have decided finally that it’s time to move and hope the next owner loves this home as much as we have.
