As a family with a couple of young children finding a house that was brand new suited our lifestyle perfectly.

The amount of downstairs space meant we could all be in the same room without feeling like we are on top of each other. Having a separate study has been ideal too.
When family come to stay it's great to have an extra floor as they can have it to themselves as their own guest area.

We liked the size of the rear garden and have found it manageable. We added the large patio area recently. It's a really quiet cul-de-sac, but with a community feel.
