With the seafront and town centre within walking distance, there are always plenty of activities for visitors. Whether you have children wanting to build sandcastles on one of the nearby sandy beaches or you want to enjoy an evening out in one of the many delightful restaurants and pubs
that abound in Broadstairs, there is a wide variety of activities for everyone to savour. The estate, with its wide range of individual houses, is a peaceful
and friendly community and, as North Foreland estate residents, we have private access to the nearby beach so children can walk down the steps to the sea. These are the famous steps that gave John Buchan the idea for the ’39 Steps’ as he was writing it while overlooking the steps.
