I have lived here for a long time and been very happy and made many fond memories over the years.

The house is very spacious and light, I enjoy sitting on the veranda in the sunshine with a good book or watching the birds play in the bird bath. The gardens are relaxing and productive with mature fruit trees and shrubs. It is very peaceful here being so close to Marine Gardens and the beach is not far away for a relaxing walk into town along the promenade.

I have recently upgraded the central heating boiler which should give peace of mind for the next owners who I am sure will be very happy here.
